Cant Find Hotel

Hi,

I notice that it cant find the hotel I want added not matter if i put the city or country its in.

Is there something else I can put in the box so it identifys the hotel I want? i.e if i have the id of the hotel on booking.com can I not enter that?

Thanks for getting in touch. To quickly answer your questions..

1. Our search script should identify all of the possible matches for the search terms provided (sometimes there are three or four close matches - however one of the matches is usually correct). Can we trouble you to provide the name of the hotel you looking for so we can check why it is not coming up in the search?

2. If you already know the ID of the hotel you do not need to perform the ID lookup. The price lookup function only requires the hotel ID number and not the hotel name.

Hi,

It is good the price function only needs the ID to search however we need to know the name of the hotel, are you able to add something that will look up the id and populate the name? basically the reverse of what it does when you enter a name expect we enter the ids?

Take a look at the attached tool that looks up a Hotel Name from an ID.

The easiest way could be to include this as a utility on a separate worksheet.
